ABOUT:

Certified by NSCA, Isabel brings experience from a lifetime of loving sports and exercise. Isabel was a cross country runner, swimmer, and water polo player. She has trained for and competed in endurance sports, including a sprint triathlon. If you’re looking for a trainer that views training from the perspective of longevity, mental, and physical health, Isabel is the right match for you.

I teach athletic conditioning Rukus classes and train folks at KS Fitness and Performance in Hudson, New York.

The gym is a welcoming space for you to hit your goals.

For those new to the gym, I will help you get used to the equipment (cable machines, kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds, etc.) so you can walk in… and own your workout!

If you’ve been working out for a while, let’s tune up your routine and programming, perfect your form, and conquer your goals.
