Isabel is an experienced writer.

Her work appears in Fortune, Investopedia, TIME magazine, and Fast Company. Before launching her writing business, Isabel was a public relations executive, where she focused on brand positioning and corporate reputation for some of the world's largest brands.

For her clients, Isabel writes blogs, articles, website copy, and LinkedIn posts. She also develops and executes strategic plans and content calendars that include topic ideas based on each client and their goals (e.g. audience growth, lead generation, etc.).

In addition to drafting blogs and creating strategy, Isabel writes technical and grant proposals, Request For Proposals (RFP), and thought leadership pieces for global B2B businesses and entrepreneurs.

With over a decade of experience in communications in New York City and a multicultural background, Isabel brings a fresh, global, and strategic perspective. Her current topics include telecom, engineering, tech, and personal finance.


In addition to writing, Isabel is a certified personal trainer. She enjoys lifting weights and staying active with her puppy.

Before launching her technical writing business, Isabel led Communications regarding skills + jobs in technology at IBM. At IBM, she created and executed strategic, results-driven public relations campaigns, including drafting content and conducting media outreach for IBM’s Executive Chairman and CEO. As a member of the public affairs team, she collaborated with government organizations and the White House for press initiatives. Isabel led internal communications and all written material surrounding Covid-19 for IBM’s NYC crisis management team.

Additionally, Isabel is a pro-bono Cultural Advisor for the World Council of Peoples for the United Nations, an organization that promotes the UN’s goals and initiatives.

She has guest lectured on corporate reputation at City University of New York and collaborated with Penn State University. 

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.

A true global citizen, her career started in Paris and New York. A Mexico City native—Isabel is fluent in Spanish. She is also fluent in French and speaks basic Portuguese.
